Our firm was born out of this belief and shaped by experience: years of supporting business owners and financial peers through hands-on work in corporate environments and the fintech space. Early on, we discovered something essential — business owners don’t fail because they lack drive or talent; they often struggle because they haven’t been equipped with systems and guidance that fit their business and mindset.

🗣️ Founder's Story

My commitment to empowering business owners and entrepreneurs began in an unexpected place—a small auto repair shop where I worked part-time during undergrad. One afternoon, I overheard the owner speaking with his CPA. Although I could only hear his end of the conversation, it was clear he didn’t fully understand the financial information being discussed. The confusion on his face said everything. That moment stayed with me. I remember thinking how many business owners operate with passion and skill, yet lack the financial insight they need to make informed decisions. It planted the seed for me to one day help business owners master the fundamentals rather than be sidelined by them.

Fast forward to today:

I’m a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than two decades of experience. My career includes working in higher education and Corporate America across diverse roles, teaching adult learners as a business management instructor and reviewing the Certified Bookkeeper (CB) self-study material with them, working in the fintech space, and currently building a modern CPA firm. Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of small business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them clean up financial messes and master the fundamentals.

I don’t believe in working through messy books without a plan to fix them. If the foundation isn’t right, everything built on top of it suffers. That’s why I take a systematic, proactive approach—focusing on financial literacy, intentional planning, and empowering you to lead your business with confidence. I’m building a firm around that mission—a happy firm.
