Subscription Eligibility & Diagnostic Process

To ensure the highest quality of service, we require that all new clients have accurate and up-to-date financial records before enrolling in our accounting or advisory subscription.

Step 1: QuickBooks Online Diagnostic Review – $300

We offer a comprehensive diagnostic review of your QuickBooks Online account to assess the current state of your financial records. This review will help determine if your books are ready for ongoing subscription services or if cleanup is necessary.

Step 2: Diagnostic Outcomes

Pass: If your books are in good shape, you may proceed directly to subscription enrollment.
No Pass: If issues are identified, we recommend the cleanup services to get your books in order.

Step 3: Next Steps

Opt for Cleanup Service - $999: Should you choose our cleanup service after a no-pass diagnostic outcome, the $300 diagnostic fee will be credited toward your cleanup costs.
Decline Cleanup Service: If you prefer not to proceed with the cleanup service, I offer consulting services at $100/hour to assist you as needed. Please note that this option is outside the scope of the subscription program.

Note: Exceptions to this process are rare and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
