We welcome prospective clients who are seeking structured, cloud-based accounting and advisory support and who value clarity, consistency, and collaboration. To protect the quality of our work—and the success of our clients—we use a deliberate, thoughtful onboarding process.
Our Discovery & Onboarding process is designed to ensure a strong mutual fit. Not every business is ready for ongoing subscription services right away, and that’s perfectly okay. Rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution, we meet you where you are, assess readiness, and outline clear, practical next steps—whether that means moving forward now or preparing for a future engagement.
To better understand how we determine mutual fit, we invite you to review our Client Profile criteria, which considers:
Business Stages
Business Registrations
Business Types & Operating Models
Employees & Contractors
Gross Revenue
Industries
Mindset & Character
This approach ensures that when we work together, the partnership is aligned, productive, and positioned for long-term success.

This consultation is introductory in nature and does not include accounting work, cleanup, or tax preparation.
After the consultation, clients typically move into one of the following services:
Diagnostic Review – Recommended for clients who already have an existing QuickBooks Online or Intuit Enterprise Suite account. This service evaluates the current state of your books, identifies issues, and outlines what is needed to move forward.
System Setup – Recommended for clients who do not yet have a QuickBooks Online account or who prefer to start fresh with a clean, properly configured system.
If issues are identified during the Diagnostic Review, a cleanup service may be required before moving forward. Cleanup ensures your financial data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
The $300 Diagnostic fee is credited toward the $999 Cleanup service if cleanup is needed and selected.
If a client chooses not to proceed with cleanup, they may still request consulting or training; however, books must be cleaned before advancing to ongoing accounting or advisory subscriptions.
Once the system is properly set up or cleaned up, clients may move into a monthly accounting or advisory subscription. Subscriptions provide ongoing support, structure, and financial insight tailored to your business needs.
Training services are available at any point in the process. Clients may choose training as:
a standalone service,
a follow-up after cleanup,
or an add-on to a subscription.
Training is ideal for business owners who want to better understand their financials, manage their own books, or gain deeper insight into their accounting system.
