Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
To get the most value from this mentorship, it’s important that participants come in with a basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices, as well as some familiarity with QuickBooks—especially QuickBooks Online (QBO). This ensures we can spend our time focused on solving real-world challenges, optimizing workflows, and expanding your skill set—instead of starting from square one with foundational concepts.
To participate in this mentoring service, you must have:
Practical Experience
At least 6 months of hands-on bookkeeping experience or equivalent practical application using accounting software (such as QuickBooks Online).
Education or Credential Pathway (at least one required)
Associate degree in accounting (or business administration)
Accounting certificate from school or college
Bookkeeping certificate from school or college
Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Professional Certificate (Coursera)
QuickBooks Online Certification (required)
