If you’re ready to move beyond just balancing the books and want deeper insight into your business performance, the Advisory Subscription is for you. This service includes everything in the Accounting Subscription—plus tailored financial guidance, forward-looking planning, and two monthly check-in meetings to help you lead your business with clarity.

You’ll still handle your day-to-day, but now you’ll have a trusted advisor in your corner.

While a CFO typically owns financial strategy and executive decision-making, my advisory services focus on helping you understand the numbers, build financial confidence, and make informed decisions using clean, reliable financial data.

📋 Eligibility & Requirements

Fit within Client Profile.
Complete Diagnostic Review or Setup & Migration.
Complete Cleanup (if required).
Maintain active QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced subscription.
Maintain active Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) subscription (if applicable).
Link bank and credit card accounts in QBO or IES.
Sign engagement letter (3-month commitment and then month-to-month)

🚫 We currently do not engage entities using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), QB Ledgers, or other cloud-based accounting systems.

🚫 We currently do not engage entities using multi-currency.
