If you’re maintaining your own books but want regular support from a professional, this monthly subscription is designed just for you. You stay in the driver’s seat—while we ride shotgun to help you clean things up, keep them organized, and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks.

The Accounting Subscription includes monthly lite bookkeeping, reconciliations, essential reports, and a proactive eye on compliance. It’s not full-service bookkeeping—but it’s a solid, reliable partnership that keeps your financials in check.

📋 Eligibility & Requirements

Fit within Client Profile.
Complete Diagnostic Review or Setup & Migration.
Complete Cleanup (if required).
Maintain active QuickBooks Online (QBO) Plus or Advanced subscription.
Maintain active Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES) subscription (if applicable).
Link bank and credit card accounts in QBO or IES.
Sign engagement letter (3-month commitment then month-to-month)

🚫 We currently do not engage entities using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), QB Ledgers, or other cloud-based accounting systems.

🚫 We currently do not engage entities using multi-currency.
